| Cooking Instructions | To make Meatloaf: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9” loaf pan with 1 T OLIVE OIL. Crack 3 EGGS into large bowl; whisk until smooth. Add CHUTNEY (included) and MEATLOAF MIX (included) to eggs, then stir. Add 2.2 lbs. GROUND TURKEY (or extra lean GROUND BEEF), then mix using hands until well combined. Spoon mixture into loaf pan, loosely and evenly. Place on foil-covered cookie sheet to catch drippings. Place loaf pan in oven and bake for 65-75 min. or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 165°F (155°F if using ground beef). Remove from oven; let rest 5 min. before slicing. To Make Brown Rice with Veggies: Preheat oven to 350°. In small oven-proof pot with lid, bring 3 cups of water to a boil over high heat. Add brown rice mix and stir. Return to a boil, stir, cover with lid and place in oven for 45-50 minutes or until water is evaporated and rice is tender. Fluff with fork, and then keep covered until ready to serve. |
